OUTER BANKS BEACH WEDDING POLICIES AND PERMITS

Listed here are the Townships along with their phone numbers if you would like to call and talk with someone.

Basically, anything north of the Hatteras National Seashore is fair game and permits not needed to use the beach. If your wedding is held down on the Hatteras National Seashore (which is anything south of the red arrow below), you are technically suppose to get a permit from the park system.
